JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a skilled Arborist Climber to join our tree care team. The ideal candidate has experience
in climbing, knowledge of tree biology and structure, and a commitment to safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform tree removals, pruning, cabling, and canopy thinning at varying heights
• Use climbing gear, rigging systems, chainsaws, and aerial lifts
• Inspect trees for signs of disease, structural issues, or hazards
• Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with ground crew and team leaders
• Support job site clean-up and customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of climbing experience (DRT/SRT techniques)
• Proficient with chainsaw operation and rigging methods
• Knowledge of ANSI A300 and Z133 safety standards
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
• ISA Certified Arborist or LTCO is a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Comfortable working at heights over 60 ft
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
• Must pass a drug test and background check
