Salary: $55,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements:

• A proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for ongoing learning and personal development.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the capability to simplify complex ideas.
• An interest in roles such as Project Management, Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Software Consultancy.
• An inherent ability to think creatively and approach problem-solving in an innovative way.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in any field is required.
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
• Basic IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with ITSM tools, are beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• As a member of our expanding team, you will gain experience across various functions, including business development, sales, consulting, technical support, and customer service management. Your tasks will entail:
• Working collaboratively with senior team members on current client projects and new client sales from the outset.
• Assessing customer requirements and providing tailored solutions.
• Aiding in the implementation and ongoing support of our service management solutions.
