As a Graphic Designer , you will produce professional, high-quality visual content for a variety of clients and industries. Your work will range from social media graphics and marketing materials to presentations, brand assets, and web visuals. You’ll collaborate closely with account managers to understand client needs and deliver creative solutions that are both visually appealing and strategically aligned.
● Create visually engaging assets including digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, marketing collateral, email templates, branding materials, and more.
● Work across multiple client accounts, each with unique brand guidelines, audiences, and project goals.
● Collaborate with account managers to interpret creative briefs, deliver revisions, and ensure client satisfaction.
● Produce high-quality work within quick turnaround times, aligned with My Biz Helpers’ standards for speed and precision.
● Ensure all deliverables maintain brand consistency and meet client expectations.
● Manage design files and documentation in an organized, efficient manner using cloud tools and project management platforms.
Requirements
● Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong, diverse portfolio of real-world design work.
● Proficiency in key design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva , and optionally Figma .
● Excellent understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy.
● Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.
● Strong communication skills and fluency in American English , both written and verbal.
● Comfortable working independently within a structured workflow, with regular input from team leads or account managers.
● Fast learner who can adapt to client industries and brand styles quickly.
● Experience in video editing or motion graphics (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
● Familiarity with basic UI design or website asset creation.
● Knowledge of tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp for task management.
● Experience working in a BPO, VA agency, or outsourcing environment.
