Job Description

Spoken Language: English / Chinese Restricted Conditions of Acceptation: Mandarinedu Support for the VISA Official Visa Support Official proof of r esidence in China Mandatory Training of the internship: base on brand service requirement Front Office Department: To assist the Guest Relations Manager in all aspects related to the front desk Ensure all areas in Front Office are covered by sufficient manpower at a ny time. The Guest Relations Officer also needs to provide a high quality guest ser vices. He/she must be knowledgeable with front desk daily operation routine, should be capable o f handling basic complaints and problems to the guest's satisfaction. Duties and responsi bilities include Daily Airport Pick Up In room check in process; Daily arrival VIP room assignment and welcome amenities preparation; Daily arrival guest Marriott Bonvoy m emberships pre check and management; Daily in house guests birthday amenities arrangement; Daily lobby visibility; Create relationship with guests and push G uest Satisfaction Survey score; Maximize M arriott Bonvoy program enrollment; Coordinate with both internal and external cus- tomers; Provide information service and up sell hotel outlets; handle basic guest complain and solve problems, Minimum requirements: Previous experience as a Guest Relations Officer/ Front Desk Agent experience. Additional language skill is appreciated for this position. The employee must become knowledgeable of all hotel information to be able to answer any guest questions as well as all general information concerning the hotel s operation to be able to accommodate, answer, and recommend guest inquiries Food and Beverage Department: To assist the outlet manager in the smooth and efficient operation of the assigned outlet. Operate the outlet under the direction from the Outlet manager as per the standards procedures and practice managerial principles, in order to achieve departmental goals, in terms of Guest Satisfaction, financial targets, and training and high employee morale.
  1. Establishing and maintaining mutual understanding and goodwill between our foreign guests and our hotel staff.
  2. As an ambassador for the hotel, Management Trainee will ensure that our foreign guests feel welcome and comfortable during their stay.
  3. Assist departmental staff and staff from other departments in providing efficient services to our foreign guests.
  4. To assist the outlet manager in the smooth and efficient operation of the assigned outlet.
  5. Provide information and suggestions to our foreign guests, assisting them whenever necessary.
  6. Develop and implement all promotional activities targeting foreigner clients.
  7. Handle foreign guests' complaints and provide feedback to management.
  8. Some other related work assigned by department leader.
