About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hospitality Attendant with a passion for exceptional service and teamwork to join us on a part time basis. Based in the Port of Airlie Terminal, the Hospitality Attendant plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the Cruise Café. Preparing, presenting and maintaining food displays to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences and consistent service
  • Adherence of operational procedures and Work Health and Safety requirements
  • Ensuring that the terminal’s tables, chairs and balcony area always remain clean and tidy

About you

The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere at the Cruise Café, demonstrating a positive attitude and attention to detail. You will be able to work in a fast paced environment and possess creative problem-solving skills, along with a high level of adaptability, persistence, and resilience.

Requirements

  • SITHFAB021 ─QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (Mandatory)

  • Exceptional barista skills and certifications is highly desirable

  • Basic food handling experience
