Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor tech staff
• Perform hands-on cleaning, laundry, and floor care tasks
• Hire, train, schedule, and discipline employees
• Conduct room and facility inspections for cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
• Interact professionally with residents, families, and staff
• Address concerns and ensure high-quality service

Qualifications:

• Experience in housekeeping/laundry (healthcare or nursing home preferred)
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of floor care and infection control practices is a plus
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
