Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the internal IT team, including ERP, EDI, administration, and technical support staff (U.S. and Mexico).
* Oversee and maintain the company's ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365, F&O preferred)-including planning, feature scoping, development, testing, implementation, and code moves.
* Provide day-to-day IT support and ensure alignment with business operations across distribution, warehousing, and manufacturing.
* Collaborate with senior management to assess business needs and define IT priorities and roadmaps.
* Manage all aspects of new IT projects: scoping, kickoff, design, development, testing, implementation, training, and change management.
* Ensure that all IT initiatives stay on time and within approved budgets.
* Support and maintain EDI production systems and enterprise integration efforts.
* Research and recommend IT solutions, tools, and infrastructure upgrades.
* Provide hands-on technical support, training, and report development as needed.
* Ensure alignment and communication across cross-functional teams and international locations (Canada and Monterrey, Mexico).
* Maintain best practices in IT operations and foster a forward-thinking data-driven environment.
