Personal Lines Customer Service Representative - Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 85k/year - Sarasota, FL

• Our client, a newer & growing insurance agency licensed in all 50 states, is looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team. They leverage relationships with Credit Union/Banks/Financial Institutions to secure warm leads which in turn provides a strong foundation for growth.

Responsibilities:

• The Personal Lines Customer Service Representative will be responsible for servicing existing personal lines clients as well as managing inbound leads from their credit union partnership. The Personal Lines Customer Service Representative will be quoting, binding and issuing policies as well as cross-selling and upselling. Their book consists of auto, homeowners, renters, etc. There is also potential to lead the service team as it expands!

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of personal lines insurance experience. Familiarity with multiple state regulations and licensing (preferred). Experience with Q calculations, Vertafore, agency Zoom, PL Rater, and ACORD forms. Existing broker and carrier relationships.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 55k - 85k/year range plus commission opportunities and bonus potential. Benefits package includes medical insurance, Paid Holidays, PTO, etc. This role is in-office in Sarasota with a possibility of a hybrid schedule after 6months to a year.
