Job Description

This position is responsible for high volume recruiting within an assigned client group. ~Source candidates nationwide utlizing social media, job boards, community resources, job fairs, college career centers, etc. ~Screen resumes/applications and conduct job interviews by phone and/or video to identify qualified candidates; refers qualified candidates to hiring manager. ~Facilitate job assessments and background checks in accordance with company policy. ~Maintain accurate and compliant recruiting-related activities and records utilizing the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS); develop and adminster reports. ~Successfully guide those involved in the interviewing and hiring process to follow established protocols/procedures and avoid legal pitfalls. #Outgoing personality with ability to quickly establish rapport; must have confidence in using video conferencing to perform job duties. #Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. #Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook including scheduling features. #Previous experience in Human Resources or staffing using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) desired. #Excellent oral and written skills. #Flexible and adaptable. #Well organized, self-motivated and confident to work independently.
