What you will do:

• Edit weekly 10–15 min YouTube videos (faceless “job leads” and reaction/commentary formats)
• Use modern editing styles inspired by creators like Ali Abdaal, Chloe Monaco, and Tiffany Ferguson
• Design clickable thumbnails consistent with Paybump’s brand
• Add B-roll, captions, and visuals to boost engagement and retention
• Source royalty-free music and stock footage as needed
• Maintain visual consistency across all videos
• Track key metrics (CTR, retention, subscriber growth) to refine editing
• Deliver final videos within 24 hours of receiving raw footage
• Securely work with customers’ sensitive information

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
• At least 2 years of experience editing YouTube content for established creators or media brands
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience creating thumbnails using Canva or Photoshop
• Solid understanding of YouTube analytics
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality edits under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• A creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
• Positive and responsible attitude
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
