Position Type: Full-Time

The Mid-Level Application Developer is responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-performance application features. You will work closely with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, maintainable, and scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a developer with strong foundational skills who’s ready to grow their impact in a collaborative, agile team.

Responsibilities:

Software Development & Maintenance

  • Design and implement software components based on functional and technical requirements.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following established coding standards.
  • Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full application stack.

Collaboration & Agile Practices

  • Work closely with peers, Lead Developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
  • Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Provide status updates and collaborate on development priorities and timelines.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Contribute to the improvement of development tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and suggest tools or techniques that enhance productivity or code quality.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in full-stack or backend application development
    Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Experience with Java or C# is not required
  • Solid understanding of both relational and non-relational databases
  • Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Functional Programming paradigms
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks and libraries such as React.js, Node.js, Next.js, and NestJS
  • Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
