Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
Prepare BRD, FRD, Use Cases, and user stories
Work with technical teams to ensure requirements clarity
Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, UAT)
Support system testing, UAT, and implementation
Communicate project updates and business insights effectively
Ensure solutions meet business needs and compliance standards
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong communication and analytical skills
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of business processes or IT concepts is a plus (not mandatory)
