This role is ALL ABOUT large scale IT delivery programs. Skills | Must-Haves: * 5-7+ years of US based experience * experience managing and dealing with global teams * in-depth delivery experience required * Azure DevOps experience * expertise in Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban and scaled Agile framework) * experience with collaboration tools including Atlassian, Jira, and Confluence * experience and understanding of digital technologies including Responsive Design for component based Content Management Systems, Digital Marketing Platforms and Web/Mobile Applications Nice to Have Skills: * Bachelor's degree * Oil & Gas industry experience preferred * relevant certifications (i.e. CSM, CPSO, or SAFe) * 2 Types of Profiles they are looking for: 1. Strong Project Delivery Experience: We are specifically looking for candidates with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex implementations. This includes: Navigating client environments effectively Hands-on management of global, cross-functional teams Coordinating tasks, dependencies, risk mitigation, and issue resolution Managing delivery in multi-vendor settings Demonstrating clear, confident communication skills while delivering results across one or more tracks of work It is essential that candidates have not only operated in these contexts but have consistently delivered tangible outcomes under such conditions. 2. Delivery-Focused Project Management Background: While many professionals in the market-including those from Professional Services and similar firms-may have started in delivery roles, some have since shifted primarily into Agile coaching, Scrum Master, or advisory capacities. These roles, while valuable, often lack the end-to-end delivery ownership we require. For this role, we need individuals with strong foundational delivery capabilities-those who can lead complex programs through to completion, navigating all the associated challenges. This must be assessed carefully during the evaluation process.
