**Job Title: Structural Welder**
**Job Description**
As a Structural Welder, you will engage in structural welding on steel beams and unistrut, primarily using stick welding techniques. Your work will involve rack and steel erection, focusing on light to medium weight beams.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform structural welding on steel beams and unistrut using stick welding techniques.
+ Engage in rack erection and steel erection of light to medium weight beams.
+ Follow welding procedures and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion and quality standards are met.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of experience as a Structural Welder.
+ D1.1 Welding Certification.
+ Scissor Lift Certification.
+ OSHA10 Certification.
+ Proficiency in blueprint reading and fitting.
+ Proficiency in stick welding, SMAW, and GTAW techniques.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Comfortable with heights.
+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

**Work Environment**
You will be working at various sites, including TSMC, with a schedule of 5 days of 10-hour shifts and potentially some Saturdays, totaling 50 hours per week. There is a possibility for additional hours if you work Saturdays. You must be comfortable working from heights, able to lift 50+ lbs, and willing to take on various tasks as needed. The start time may vary, with early morning starts as early as 4 am during the summer.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $51.91 - $51.91/hr.
