Job Description

As a Window Washing Supervisor , you will oversee and participate in the cleaning and maintenance of windows throughout the property, ensuring high standards of appearance, safety, and guest satisfaction. This role combines hands-on window cleaning with leadership responsibilities, including supervising a small team, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the window washing team, assigning daily tasks and monitoring work quality.
• Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use.
• Perform hands-on window cleaning, including removal of streaks, smudges, and dirt using appropriate tools, solutions, and methods.
• Conduct inspections to ensure completed work meets cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks completed, supplies used, and any issues encountered.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including ladder and lift operation guidelines.
• Manage and maintain cleaning equipment, reporting repairs or replacements as needed.
• Assist with additional housekeeping tasks when required, including sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and trash removal.
• Coordinate work to minimize disruption to guests and operations.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Be able to carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to go up and down stairs multiple times a day
• Able to be on your feet for 8 hours at a time
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally
• Demonstrated ability to work independently or in a team, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Rate of Pay: $22.00/hour
