Job description:

The Transaction Manager handles all aspects of a real estate deal from contract to closing, ensuring smooth processes, compliance, and communication for agents, managing paperwork, tracking deadlines and utilizing a variety of internal systems for efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Key Responsibilities:

Document Management: Oversee contracts, disclosures, addendums, ensuring correct signatures and dates.

Process Management: Manage the entire transaction timeline, from listing coordination to closing—including negotiations and scheduling inspections and repairs.

Communication Hub: Provide updates to all parties (agents, clients, vendors) and serve as a point of contact for inquiries.

Compliance: Verify all documents meet brokerage and legal requirements.

System Management: Utilize KW's Command platform and other CRMs for client and file management and tracking.

Reporting: Track transaction stats and support agent reporting.

Requirements:

Real estate license required (or desire to pursue)

Practical knowledge of residential homes, including structure, mechanical systems and common repair needs is a big plus
